As Creative Director at Ticketmaster, I led the in-house creative team in a transformative rebrand, revitalizing our visual identity and strategic approach. I crafted partnership-driven creative across a spectrum of high-profile collaborators, from the NFL and NBA to major music labels and entertainment organizations. This rebrand aligned our look, voice, and vision with the evolving entertainment landscape, establishing Ticketmaster as an agile, audience-first brand that resonates with fans and partners alike.

Role: Creative Director, Creative Strategy, Creative Lead.

We partnered with the NFL to develop agile, real-time campaigns that leveraged first-party data, user-generated content (UGC), and social and display channels to adapt and engage audiences dynamically. Building on this success, we employed the same responsive marketing approach for the NBA, NHL, MLS, Artist Management, and other clients, creating comprehensive, end-to-end marketing ecosystems.
